I’m thrilled to have you join us for our final grand family reunion. It means so much to me to see everyone come together, forging connections and creating unforgettable memories. At the heart of it all, family is what means the most, and we are blessed beyond measure to have such a vibrant, expanding family, each member bringing their own special qualities. I'm counting down the days till we gather in July.

Sunday: July 27th

Arrival Hail an Uber or taxi and head to the Fairmont Grand Del Mar Resort

4:00 PM Check-in

5:00 PM Welcome Reception with buffet dinner at the Reflection Pool

Live Entertainment by Jesse Ray Smith Duo

Moday: July 28th

10-4:00 PM Everyone to relax and mingle at the Resort Pool

Cabanas and daybeds will be reserved for our group; lunch provided

9:00/10:00 AM Ladies 50 Minute Spa Appointments

Appointments will be listed once confirmed

6:00 PM Dinner at Canyon Terrace

Live entertainment by the Happy Makers

Tuesday: July 29th

9:45 AM Everyone to meet in resort lobby

10:00 AM Depart for Del Mar Beach

Shuttles provided

10:30 AM Arrive at beach, shops and restaurants

Beach setup and boxed lunches provided

12:00 PM Return shuttles

Rotate every 30 minutes until final departure at 4:00pm

Evening Free Night

Wednesday: July 30th

8:30 AM Golfers to meet in resort Lobby and walk to the clubhouse

9:00-9:40 AM Tee off for 3rd Annual Jan Cup Scramble

Participants will be listed one confirmed

11:00-2:00 PM Kidchella lunch and festivities at the Canyon Terrace

All non-golfers welcome

5:00-10:00 PM Stars and Stripes Soiree at the Grand Social

Dress Attire: Your favorite Americana look

Live entertainment by the Storytellers and the Trip

Thursday: July 31st

9:30 AM Everyone meet in resort lobby

9:45 AM Shuttles depart for San Diego Zoo

Car seats not provided, strollers welcome

10:30 AM Zoo arrival and entrance

10:45 AM Private bus tour (get your bearings for later exploration)

11:30 AM Private buffet lunch onsite at Treetops

Beer + wine provided

12:00 PM Free time to explore the Zoo

12:30 PM Rotating return shuttles begin

Return shuttle departs at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30pm.

7:00 PM VIP dinner at the Addison

Grandma, Pam, Phil, Karen, Gina, Fred, Steven, Jasmine, Andrea, Jeff

Dress Attire: Dressy Casual

7:00 PM Cousins dinner at the Clubhouse Grill

Stroller space accomodated for those with newborns

6:00 PM Great grandkids dinner + movie night in the Champagne Room

Sitters to accompany younger kids

Friday: August 1st

All Day Free Time

VENETIAN MASQUERADE BALL

5:00 PM Cocktail Party in courtyard of Capella Ballroom

Dress attire: Formal (Ventian Optional), Masks Required

Walk from rooms past the lobby then turn left at dead end

Additional guests invited

6:15 PM Family Photo

Group photo and family photos

6:30 PM Coursed dinner

Live entertainment and dancing to follow

Saturday: August 2nd

All Day Hail an Uber or taxi and head to SAN airport

Note About Expenses

All meals, shuttles, and activities listed above are complimentary. Airport transfers and any additional activities and meals incurred are to be covered at your own expense.

Nanny Services

Child Services

The resort has partnered with the company Sitterwise for nanny services. For security reasons, they prefer you call the hotel concierge who will assist with coordinating on your behalf.

*Families with young children will receive some extra cash to go towards nanny expenses. Uncle Phil will coordinate this with you upon your arrival.

*There are two excursions (30-40 min each way) during the week on which we will be taking commercial shuttles. While all ages are welcome, car seats are not provided nor supported. If you prefer transportation with car seat accommodations please contact Kristie so she can make arrangements.
